In about three weeks, Freeway and Brother Ali will be holding it down at the upcoming Twin Cities Day of Dignity - A Celebration of Neighbors Helping Neighbors, presented by Al-Maa'uun Community Outreach and Islamic Relief USA. Brother Ali just shot this quick video to tell you more about about the events and his history in the community. Check it out, and we hope to see you there.



This is an all-day event in North Minneapolis aimed at easing the strain of poverty. People and families in need will receive health care services, haircuts, meals, winter clothing, school supplies and health/hygiene kits. Everything will be free and open to the public.

Day of Dignity is Hosted by and located at Masjid An-Nur. The North Minneapolis mosque has a long history of community service and serves as the spiritual base for Minnesotans such as Congresman Keith Elison, Basketball Player Khalid El-Amin and Hip Hop Artist Brother Ali.

Day of Dignity is FREE and open to the public.
