For this edition of Access All Areas, we connected with the Producer, DJ and Rock Steady Crew member Sol Messiah as he was in preparation for the upcoming Sa-Roc Talk To Me Nice Tour. Tap in below!

RSE: Starting next week you and Sa-Roc are hitting the road with the one and only Rah Digga followed by a run of headline dates; what can the people expect at these shows?

SOL MESSIAH: I’m really excited about rocking these shows this summer with the ladies! People can expect new music from Sa-Roc, dope beats from myself, and an overall exciting action packed show!

RSE:You did the beat for Sa-Roc's new single “Talk To Me Nice”; what can you tell us about how that song came about?

SOL MESSIAH: One day me and Sa-Roc were sitting around trying to decide what would be an undeniable head banger. One thing that I figured out over the years of doing this is that the neck doesn’t lie. If the beat is banging, then the head is moving. So I came up with this classic Groove and she immediately went in nonstop. It's sort of an ode to the legendary Wu-Tang.
RSE: You recently teased that you have a new album in the works. What can you tell us about the new project?

SOL MESSIAH: It's under wraps, so I can't tell you much, but know this; there will be some classic features and crazy beats.

RSE: How do you define “God Level Hip Hop”?

SOL MESSIAH: God Level Hiphop means undeniable, soulful feel good music, that uses knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to get the point across.

RSE:What is your favorite thing about being on the road?

SOL MESSIAH: The thing I love most about being on the road is being able to meet so many people from so many different walks life. One thing that I have learned is that Hip Hop music is the thing that ties and binds us together. And it doesn't hurt to be able to find some good vegan restaurants while out there. Lol.

RSE: What’s your favorite day off activity?

SOL MESSIAH: Once again, I have to say it's finding a good vegan restaurant with some really dope grub.

RSE: Any Do’s or Don’ts before hitting the stage you could share?

SOL MESSIAH: I would say be prepared with enough clothing because if you're out for a month, it's easy to run out of gear and start to repeat. Pack Mad underwear! lol.

The Sa-Roc - Talk To Me Nice Tour starts next week on August 4th in Washington DC with Rah Digga! Get those tickets!
