Felt Holiday In-Store at Fifth Element

Rhymesayers Entertainment and Fifth Element will be hosting a one-time only special instore event on the evening of Tuesday, November 17th to celebrate the release of Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez. This is not a performance, and not merely a signing. Beginning at six oâ??clock, Slug (Atmosphere), Murs (Living Legends) and Aesop Rock (Def Jux) will be instore to pose for photos with fans. Santas who rhyme more than just reindeer names; rappers as youâ??ve never seen them before!

The record store will be fully decked out for the holidays both inside and out with an elaborate photo backdrop, hanging decorations and a professional photographer assuring quality photos. A red carpet will lead a winding path through the store. There will be candy canes amidst the paint markers and garlands trimming the vinyl. The setting will be truly transformed, fake snow, stockings hung by the chimney with care and a yule log dvd playing somewhere in the mix of things. Fans will be able to get their copies of Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez signed, meet the artists, be entered into a drawing for a limited edition Felt 3 exclusive gift. And the giving does not end thereâ?¦

In the spirit of the holidays, this event will also serve as the kick off to the Fifth Elementâ??s holiday drive for Toys for Tots. We ask that those attending the instore bring with them new, unopened toys to donate. Donation drop boxes will be located at the entrance to the store and will be available through the holiday season prior to Christmas. Rhymesayers, Fifth Element and Felt are pleased to be a part of the Toys for Tots program and would like to encourage fans, friends and neighbors to come through the evening of November 17th to celebrate with them.
