With the help of longtime collaborator and multi-instrumentalist Budo, his third album is a testament to the hard work heâ??s put forth since 2007, touring, recording, and honing his craft. Based in Seattle, Grieves spends minimal time there as he does his best to spread his brand of emotional hip-hop verses. Currently supporting Atmosphere on a 40+ date national tour, they will kick off their summer on the Soundset 2011 Main Stage!

Together/Apart is the highly anticipated Rhymesayers debut album from Grieves. Teaming up with longtime friend and producer Budo, Together/Apart is an album infused with soulful horns, keys, and guitar. Lyrically, the album encompasses both the difficulties and joys of maintaining professional and personal relationships when on the road and back at home. The new album demonstrates Grieves' artistic and emotional growth made manifest.
