The Pearls Project
In 2023 we had the opportunity to sponsor The Pearls Project, a fellowship that prioritizes BIPOC individuals, with a special emphasis on women and femmes, offering invaluable experiences in back-end/production roles. Led by Vie Boheme and Mike Bishop, this transformative program directly addresses existing disparities by creating hands-on opportunities. We appreciate the dedicated efforts of our community partners, Public Functionary and Bohemian Way, for turning this impactful initiative into a reality that drives lasting change.
