Gift Card FAQ

I purchased a gift card for a someone, do you send an email notifying them?

No. You will receive an email notification. You can then forward that email to the recipient, or there is an option to print out a nice pdf and give to them in-person. 

Can I use my gift card at the Fifth Element Physical location?

Yes.

What happens if I don't have enough Gift Card Balance for what I want to purchase?

During checkout, you have the option to pay the remaining balance with credit card, paypal, or another gift card.

What happens if I don't use all of my Gift Card Balance in a transaction?

Your order will be processed and the remaining balance will stay on the card so you can use it again. Simply use the same code.

Will my Gift Card expire?

Fifth Element Gift Cards do not expire.
